s is a step by step setup of Filezilla. A Free public domain program.

FileZilla client can be download from FileZilla-project.org

Get the "Client" for your type of system. 

Once you install the program you need setup the program for your site.

We start by adding a site with the site manager.

Next click the 'New Site' and give the site a name.

On the General side we put in the Host: my test site is called
thedemozone.com I just leave the port open, but 21 if put it in.
ServerType: to FTP
LoginType: to normal
Then your userID and password..

Next we click the "Advanced" tab.
We need to set the default local directory.
And the default remote directory. In most cases you
it will be easiest to put /www/ in it because that is where the
site files must go.

Next we select Transfer settings tab.
And pick Active for the mode.

After That Select the "OK" to closed the site manager.

Now you are ready to use it.

To start using the program, click on the little button the arrow is pointing at.
Then pick your site.

You screen will look something like this and you can then drag the file from local folder to remote site.
